Cottom's came to the house and inspected my attic as I feared we had something in it from an entry point I noticed. Luckily there was no evidence of anything in the attic. The entry point was sealed and the guys were very thorough and courteous. I will reach out to Cottom's again if I find the need.

When I called for a quote they were very helpful with giving an overview of the potential costs and challenges we may run into (removing family of raccoons from chimney). I chose Cottom's over the other 2 companies I spoke with because of their customer service and the time they took to share info during the initial call. I was then very happy with Will (the tech who did the removal). He kept me updated on the progress and worked direct with the tenants at the location to complete the removal. Another positive is Cottom's also was able to do the cap on the chimney to prevent raccoons from returning or other future problems so I didn't have to contract with an additional company to have the chimney closed off which was efficient and helpful.

Technician Drew did an excellent job of checking all areas in house and explaining what he found and would do. Thankfully, turned out to be birds/nest and not racoon(s). Drew cleaned out nest area and birds, putting temporary cover on outside fireplace vent until I can call someone to clean fireplace further. Bottom line, Cottom's Wildlife and Drew were a great help!
